By accessing and using WakeLink, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

WakeLink provides a cloud relay service for sending Wake-on-LAN packets to devices behind NAT/firewalls using ESP32-based hardware with end-to-end encryption.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must not use the service for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or devices
• You must not abuse the service through excessive API calls or DoS attacks

4. Service Availability

WakeLink is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Limitations of Liability

WakeLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

7. Open Source License

WakeLink website and documentation are licensed under AGPL-3.0-only. The dashboard and relay services use their own licensing terms. See License for details.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
